Direct Office Furniture Standard Delivery is to a single point and does not include Assembly, Placement, or Rubbish Removal.

Please note that Pallet Unloading may be required.

Please note that due to OH & S concerns, we are unable to deliver to any location that requires our team to carry items more than 1 flight of stairs.

What Happens Once I Order?

Once your order has been placed online you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. The order then will be entered into the system and we will contact you confirming your expected delivery date or advising of any back orders.

What Days Can You Deliver?

Our standard delivery schedule is from Monday – Friday from 7:00AM – 5:00PM. Direct Office Furniture reserves the right to change delivery times and is not responsible for any deliveries made outside the given estimated time of arrival. Where possible somone from the Direct Office Furniture customer service team will contact to advise on delivery & installation delays.

Can We Request A Certain Delivery Time?

Special delivery requests can be put in the notes section at the checkout or sent to sales@directoffice.com.au. While we cannot guarantee exact time deliveries or outside business hours delivery we will try and fulfill any special delivery request. If you do require delivery within a certain 2 hour window (eg 8:00AM – 10:00AM) there is a $300.00 inc GST surcharge.

Important Delivery Details

Direct Office can’t guarantee that all couriers will be able to call prior to delivery.  Direct Office requires customers to sign for their deliveries. If no-one is available to receive the delivery then a re-delivery fee may apply.

Assembly / Installation

All items unless stated are delivered disassembled unless otherwise stated on the product description. If you require assistance with assembly / installation start a chat in the bottom right hand corner or leave a comment in the notes section at the checkout and we will be glad to assist. Depending on location we can quote to assemble / install or alternatively recommend an installer close to you.
