Direct Office Furniture standard delivery is to a ground floor and will be delivered to the site as long as there are no impeding stairs. Some furniture items will be delivered on pallets so customers must be in a position to unload pallets with a forklift or hand unload pallets without the aid of the delivery driver. Direct Office is not responsible for removal of any pallets or packaging. Customer assistance required with delivery.
